I try to skip over ads when going thru mail and cleaning out inbox unless they interest me. Problem I encounter is while deleting unwanted mail I have accidentally clicked on ones that often say something about you have messages - When trying to click on individual mail or doing mass delete and that ad gets activated and screen goes full warning with alarms and voices and multiple pop ups and telling you not to close page or computer and to call a number for help. I have discovered how to usually get off that page find the tab it opened and delete it or close it. Not everyone can and many AOL customers are older and are loyal and joined it when new and stated with you, they don't know it is a scam and could lose their page and many other things including finances. Please vet and control you sponsors listed on your page. You can put scam emails in a file for us - you need to do the same for email ads and give us a chance to delete ones we don't want or even suggest kinds we want or do not want.
