  1. As many have said, the older format was easier to use. When I go back to read my e mail and what I didn't finish writing back, its lost.

    Please stop with those
    VERY ANNOYING ads that pop up in the middle of the emails.
    I can't believe that I still pay $4.99 a month for this!
