  1. You can improve by giving subscribers the freedom to Block Email without specifying. The older version allowed such intervention.

    I am learning that my monthly charges are enormous and have increased overtime, which was not agreed by me. I would like to know why. I have been a member for many years and I am growing quite dissatisfied with AOL. For instance, the older version of AOL allowed subscribers to Blocke Email without specifying. Freedom to do that is not allowed with Gold. I am seriously considering dropping AOL.
