  1. I hate the new format. I hate the stupid 'news' which is blatantly biased to the Left. I do like the Spam filter.

  2. As many have said, the older format was easier to use. When I go back to read my e mail and what I didn't finish writing back, its lost.

  4. my new emails don't all show up at once like they used to. I CAN NEVER BE SURE I'VE SEEN THEM ALL. YOU RUINED AOL IN THE LAST YEAR

  13. When I read a message, your app automatically moves it to Old Mail. STOP THAT !!!! If I wanted it in old mail, I would put it there myself!
