  3. As many have said, the older format was easier to use. When I go back to read my e mail and what I didn't finish writing back, its lost.

  5. my new emails don't all show up at once like they used to. I CAN NEVER BE SURE I'VE SEEN THEM ALL. YOU RUINED AOL IN THE LAST YEAR

  10. fix new mail disappearing and then reappearing later. Also open email suddenly jumping to next email while reading it.

  15. When I read a message, your app automatically moves it to Old Mail. STOP THAT !!!! If I wanted it in old mail, I would put it there myself!
