    I too have been unable to comment at all for years. Support was unable to help.

    I'm totally banned. No explanation at all. I even filed a complaint and an AOL/Yahoo rep responded, then they deleted the response email so I could not even communicate with them/. Just wanted an explanation and to see if the ban was permanent. It's no wonder no one uses AOL any more. I'm switching.
