It is obvious that AOL does not care what impact their actions have on their customers. A good example is that they will not allow you to block spammers using wildcards. Why? And then they only allow you to block 1000 email addresses. That's one weeks worth of spam. What are we supposed to do with the rest? Maybe if you actually started listening to your customers you would create a happier clientele. I have forwarded 350 spam emails in the last 5 days to their legal department and abuse department but nothing has been done to decrease the amount of spam. If you need it, here is the addresses to forward your spam to: AOLLegal@corp.aol.com, concierge.help@cc.aol.com. Maybe if they have to deal with spam like us they will finally do something about it.

AOL does not give a **** about you receiving spam. In fact, it probably boosts their bottom line because they can show volume to their advertisers. AOL has never and will never do anything to benefit their customers to protect them from spam. The only way you are going to be able to stop receiving spam via AOL is to actually leave AOL and go to a reputable email provider.
