    This has caused me grief for about 3 years. Im writing a book, and some of my written material has disappeared because of him putting apps on my computer. I'm 76 years ol-and I'd like to see my book finished. This is so unfair, because I have done nother to deserve this kind of treatment. I've used aol for years, and I've always been happy with it. But by allowing this to go on, I have to say that I don't understand your letting him get away with it. It is an infringement on my rights, and it's definitely uncalled for.
