I switched phones and can't get into my other account. Tech girl said id have to pay a premium and understood correctly pay 20.00 for you to give me a new password. no idea what password is not being accepted, had 2 accounts for a long time. like 20 yrs with no fee. why can't I get a password. I tried multiple times but by the time I check my text and enter code , it doesn't accept it. I need that account. Way too many emails. important and I'm sure a ton need deleted . Gonna argue with me, someone in phillipisns, NOT USA for 20 mins and you can't give me a temporary password to get me into my account I've had for FREE
