  1. fix my aol account so i can get my email messages i have been a customer if aol for 30 years and never had this problem

    I don't remember wanting a two step identification on my account.
    I don't have a US phone number and it's refusing to change to my number in Kenya. I think this is a very unethical practice of treating customers. I have been with netscape, aim and aol for 40 years.

    I cannot access my aol.com emails. I spent 3 hours with no luck. Aol refused not help because I am in Kenya.
