Every time I sign on, I check the boxes: remember password and sign on automatically. It never does. I have to put in my password every time and now it says I have to have a validation method and text sent to my phone to verify me every time.... I called the Help line and was on the phone an hour in January and they couldn't fix it. No resolution! Today I was on the phone with tech help for another hour and she said she can't fix this and that I was supposed to report a Bug! This is ridiculous! I am down sizing my plan. What good is tech support if they can't fix it!!! I have loved my AOL for 20 years, but now I am ready to pull the plug. Tech support SUCKS!!! She kept saying I will check with my senior advisor, one moment please and after an hour nothing was corrected! I even tried uninstalling AOL Gold desktop and re-installing, and that didn't work either!
