    Same problem.Go to read an e-mail and constantly get "UNRESPONSIVE" and have to wait 30 seconds or longer before it clears itself. Sometimes shuts off by itself and have to reboot AOL.
    Running 9.8.2 on windows 10. How do I upgrade to 11.0.2510?
