It happened to me too, and I never use hate speech or nasty words; yet others who are far worse, are still allowed to comment. All it takes is one person's (AOL's people) in some other country, to take you permanently down. I understand them 'rejecting' a comment here or there, but to silence someone forever, is just plain wrong! What happened to our Freedom of speech?!

I have been with AOL for over 25 years and been commenting all that time. Then suddenly one day, poof... I was gone... for good! If the 'foreign' censors think we may have said something inappropriate, then Reject the comment...NOT the person posting it! I have never used bad words...that's not who I am. AOL has gone so far over the top...and turned into some sort of Autocracy., where one person has the final word...them! I doubt any of the censors even live in this Country, or know that we don't shut people permanently DOWN because we don't like their comment. That's what the 'rejection' button is for, which I have used when people use Dirty words, and get personal. There is one guy who uses filthy names for women as his Username, and elsewhere, yet HE never got rejected, let alone banned for life! It's past time that AOL changed this ridiculous, over-the-top Censorship! That may work in their Country, but NOT in America!
