I hate the new sorting of the new mail. Go back to the old version. Ability to sort by date or by person. The unified mail(old and new) together is NOT user friendly. I was told over a year ago that AOL was working on a fix. Where is it? PLEASE, your users want this. There is not one AOL user I know that likes this and I know others who have left because of this.
The Read, Unread and See All filters are no longer available. However, you can sort your emails by date, subject or sender if you switch to the Unified Inbox view.
If you’re unsure how to switch to this view, please refer to the following help article: https://help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-switch-to-the-unified-inbox-view.
In the past AOL did an upgrade on sorting of mail,. We had the ability to sort mail by both Date and From. That was taken away. It now is very difficult and time consuming when trying to find certain emails. AOL use to be user friendly but no longer is. I have been in contact with a number of AOL folks that HATE this format and want to return to the 2 options. I have been told over and over again that you are looking into this matter and that you have received a number of complaints about this change. When do you plan on fixing this problem?Anonymous supported this idea ·
Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’ll send it over to the Product Team and hope to have it implemented in the future.
I do not know who decided to get rid of the sorting feature that would let you sort by date or person. That was a very handy and user friendly tool. If I missed an email and need to try and find it, it takes too much time. Please bring back that feature. AOL use to be user friendly but is no longer.
Simple solution is just to bring it back....
