This is absolutely required!! You have designated as spam emails confirming hotel reservations, sending codes to update passwords, important information from my insurance, and heaven knows what else! I use a phone app (Android) to check email. It only retrieves from the in box and not the spam folder. I don't know if I lost important emails because you empty the spam folder after 2 months.
This was never a with Verizon and I was forced to switch to you when they ended their service.
You know, some of us are bright enough to delete unwanted emails without the need for your automatic (and erroneous) spam detection.
Please make spam filtering an option that we can opt out of. Please!!
