I get 100-200 messages each day that are appropriately sent to m Spam folder. However, I need to go through that folder before deleting just to catch any non-spam messages. These spam messages cover a wide variety of subjects that I have never initiated in any of my messages or searches. When I hover over the sender, I see clever use of slight changes in the address. The sender name might be the same but the address is different. That means to block these, I would have to copy the addresses into the block box. That is not a small task. So, since AOL is unable to provide any easy way to block these spam messages, I find myself looking at changing my email to another account. I have been an AOL member since the 1980s. So this is not an easy decision but a necessary one.
