    It is annoying isn't it? One minute I am almost at the bottom, next thing you know I am back at the top. This is especially annoying when you are trying to get to the comment section and this starts to happen. What genius thought up this gem?

    This has been the case for close to a Decade. AOL knows about the issue. The fact they haven't done anything by now tells 1 of 2 things. Either they don't know how to and are to cheap to get someone that does, or they don't care.
