Have blocked email set to unlimited.
Have blocked email set to unlimited and not 1000. I'm at 1000 and can no longer add any more emails. 20-50 spam a day.

I need to set a folder for email containing the words "payment receipt". The filter system will not allow a two word filter criteria. Only emails with the exact words "payment receipt" need to be filtered, but your filter system will not allow me to use two words. If I use "payment" all emails with the word payment will be captured, even the ones similar to "amazon payment receipt" would be trashed. That is not acceptable. I need to be able to receive legitimate payment receipt emails so your filter system is not effective for my needs. Would you please…

REMOVE THE NEW UPDATE ON THE E-MAIL PAGE (Delete,Mark as read & Report to spam)
The most resent update DELETE, MARK AS READ AND REPORT SPAN on the new E-mail page is the worst I ever seen in more than 25 years as a member of AOL. I have been deleting and reported e-mails to spam by accident. I am kindly asking you to remove that option ASAP. It makes me very unhappy.

can you please give us an option to have the light blue bar scroll tab when looking at your mails, it's irritating.
Please take out the option for this light blue bar with the trash can picture, save picture, etc to the right of this light blue bar, Its irritating when cursor is moving up or down

COMPLAINT: MAIL ADDED ICONS ON SUBJECT LINE PLEASE REMOVE
The added icons on the mail subject line is NOT USEFUL AT ALL, PLEASE REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY. There are already icons at bottom of screen for mark unread, delete, report spam. DO NOT WANT THESE ICONS ON THE SUBJECT LINE.

Unhappy with new email update
On 6/16/21 I saw a new light blue bar appear in my emails which moves up and down whenever I move. It's annoying and serves no purpose. I called AOL and was told it's a new update and they are receiving many calls from users complaining about it. I hate this new feature and want it eliminated.

My email is not saving to both computer folder and AOL web side
If I save an email to an email folder on my laptop computer it saves and then closes itself and goes to the email trash can. This means anything opened and saved cannot be seen on the web side of the AOL email from other devices like my phone. This is very very bad. I spoke with Paul at AOL and I was told they are opening a tech ticket and will respond to me with more info once they know what the problem is.

AOL GOLD Email should include the "SLIDESHOW" feature for photos.
AOL GOLD email should include the "SLIDESHOW" feature for attached photo files. I receive Email photos regularly and would like the option to view them in other than thumbnail size and without having to save them. AOL GOLD does not have this function, but regular, Free AOL Mail does. In fact, the FREE AOL Email automatically opens any and all attached email photos in thumbnail format with the "SLIDESHOW" option to expand a photo to full screen. sending problem
Initially the issue is that an email with a attachment (MP3) that had 13 valid cell numbers that is being sent out through vzwpix.com (internet for sounds) did not sent out totally getting 7 undeliverables that do not tie back to the cell. My complaint is that i just wasted my time with tech support and wanted me to re send the email one by one to identify which cell number did not go through.

I would LOVE to see a new added catagory for email
Now we have INBOX & SPAM that AOL places incoming emails.
I would very much appreciate, and use a new one of (say) SUBSCRIPTIONS.
I let many of my subscriptions go to the SPAM folder, and friends & family emails go to the INBOX. (I've noted that AOL 'remembers' which go where)
The problem: One sender of a subscribed newsletter dropped me claiming I wasn't reading the newsletter, I WAS, but it was in SPAM and I'm wondering if they get notified when I labeled it SPAM to move them from the INBOXGMAIL, as you may know, has MANY…

What do I have to pay in fee to get 36,678 incoming mails out of my computer
My idea is to return to your old AOL mode hat keeps customer on your site. At the rate you are going - and I have been with you 1993 (count the years!!) there will be one more leaving, if not many more. Wake up your customer service has gone down the drain.
