  1. GET RID OF JUNK MAIL!

    WAY TOO MUCH JUNK MAIL COMING INBOUND!!! This has to stop NOW!! Set up some tools to eliminate this issue. At this point, my email is useless due to the large amount of junk/ads coming to my inbox!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Algorithm Enhancement

    I’ve made numerous suggestions about your comments screening algorithm. One of those was the algorithm screens comments and flags for words used in the article I’m commenting about. There are two issues (at least) with a comment flagged as needing review!!! One, you printed a hateful story that itself violates my sensibilities and standards, and second, words or ideas expressed in the article are flagged as needing review or rejected.   5. Out going emails

    When building an outgoing email every time I click in a different spot the email jumps, also if I delete one address in the address bar the remainder jumps to the end. WHY? Please find a way to make them remain still until I send!

  6. Why can I not be able to choose the font, boldness, inclination that i want and retain that choice???

    I want to be able to choose and retain the font, boldness, inclination that I prefer without having to choose it again and again every time i write an email. Even after I choose the font I want... sometimes it will revert back the one I opted out of.... PLEASE CORRECT THIS FEATURE.... A.S.A.P

  7. Allow AOL users to do away with the VIEWS folder (and sub-folders) in our AOL Mailbox.

    Being unable to delete the "views" folder in my AOL mailbox is a huge irritation to me.  Is there a way to do so that I'm unaware of? I really hope that it's not a matter of  AOL assuming it knows best about what its users need and want . . .

  8. PFC Import of old emails shows the date of 1/1/0001

    When I import a PFC with older emails, the ones older than the year 2000 or so all come in with a date of 1/1/0001. I called about this years ago and it still does the same thing. Please can this be fixed so I can get my emails back correctly????

  11. HEADERS AND FOOTERS DO NOT COMPLETELY PRINT IN WINDOWS 11

    We just installed to Windows 11 from 10. Headers and footers do not completely print out in Windows 11. Before it only did if printing out e-mail in quick print mode, but quick print is no longer part of Windows 11.

    Requesting a feature suggested in 2021. The "Save Window SIze and Position" for the Mailbox window should also save the column widths.
    The "Save Window Size and Position" should also save the column widths in the Mailbox window. Every time I select "Read" to open the Mailbox, I have to make the "My Mail Folders" column wider to fit all my folder names, and I have to make the "From" column wider to see more of the email addresses.   15. aol desktop gold software not including images within email

    I am not receiving any images within my emails in 2025. What happened?? Please fix this. I need those images to come through

    It appears that AOL is investigating the issue but nothing has changed. I need images to come through in my emails.
