I have been with AOL over 25 years now --- I had this issue before, and it happened again>
MY FONT ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY - I always used GEORGIA 12PTS. (Writing and receiving emails) and Your agent tried every which way and it still did not work>
Last time about 4-5 years ago had similar issue and it was resolved within minutes.
Please I cannot use any Fonts - and the fonts that I have is HORRIBLE - I cannot read properly.

When Can We Print Our Mail Again?
Until recently, I had no problem printing mail. Now it will not print and I receive the following message: "Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem" with error code 0X8000ffff
Is anyone else having this problem? I even called Tech Support yesterday and had them uninstall and reinstall AOL Gold (Desktop) and it did not help. Supposedly a "senior" tech said they were aware of the problem. Since this just started happening a few days ago, I really don't know why they can't fix it!!!!

I need to delete email suggestions , I was on the phone with tech support and we could not resolver the issue
I need to be able to delete email suggestions for accounts I previously emailed. For instance they are not contacts but show up everytime I start searching. I do not want these TOP suggestions on my browser and there is no way to DELETE them. I was on the phone with Tech support and they suggested I send feedback. Please help.

Scrolling Improvement For "My Mail Folders"
Over time I have created numerous folders under the "My Mail Folders" area of the AOL email template. The created mail folders, by default, arrange themselves in alphabetical order. Unlike most alphabetized menu listings, in any typical program, one cannot open their list of folders and simply press a letter key, G, H, S, etc., to be advanced down the list, to the folders that begin with that letter of the alphabet. At present, one has to slowly scroll down through 50 or 100 email folders, to get to the folder names that begin with whatever letter of the alphabet…

impossible to copy/paste a list of emails as before in the to: field
Why isn't it possible to copy/paste emails. I explain. If I create an email with 20 contacts, save it in draft, come back later want to copy/paste the 20 emails to create another email, this is impossible, I find this crazy!

Add checkboxes in mailbox
It would be great if you could add the OPTION to enable checkboxes for messages in the mailbox. This way when enabled we don't need to hold down the control key to select multiple messages

Auto-suggest email addresses has not been working for long time. Re-starting AOL doesn't help.

And going to SETTING and clicking "Auto-Suggest...." leads to NO OPTIONs to turn auto-suggest on.! ???Please let us know you are actively working on a fix.

Save Column Widths
While this is not a new idea, I tough a new appeal might draw attention to it. On the default AOL Desktop screen are “My Mail Folders” on the left and individual emails under “Date”, “From”, and “Subject” headings on the right. I can adjust the width of the “My Mail Folder” area. I can adjust the width of the three email headings. If I switch between the “Inbox”, “New”, “Old”, and “Sent” tabs, the widths remain. changed color
Successfully changed the mail scroll bar color to orange, but the selected mail still stays dark blue making it very difficult to read. Hoe do I switch back to light blue for both the scroll bar as well as the selection of mail?

I've seen some changes on te AOL Desktop Gold.
Before it doesn't highlight the email I clicked on.
and now i was highlighted in "blue".

Afraid to update and see what's been screwed up that was working fine before the update
I am leery every time there is a new update anymore. Every time there is one it screws something that worked up. My email has been horrible with lag in opening, send a response, typing sentences since the last 2 updates. I am also so tired of seeing "AOL NOT RESPONDING: as I watch a blue circle spinning, see the "loading" little dots spinning. $17 plus a month for aggravation that is soon going to be cancelled, like you guys really seem to care less about. Facilitate transfer of AOL files to other devices
I have been trying in many ways to copy folders and files I saved on AOL My PC and place them as backup in a folder of Documents in my Desktop computer but I have not succeed. I call Costumer Services for assistance, after trying with the assistant we were not able to have results and he said that Gold AOL do not permit to do it.
