Recognize your own email addresses
I recently received an email from another AOL subscriber [diggeology@aol.com]. When I tried to respond to it, I received a "MAILER-DAEMON@aol.com" notice that "552: 1 Requested mail action aborted, mailbox not found"

Email automatically going to "old email" while reading it
When I open up an email and while I'm reading it the email is automatically sent to "old email". There are times when I want to keep that email as "unread". I don't like that it automatically goes to "old email" and then I have to go and find that email in "old email" and then mark it as "unread". I want to decide where it should go. Advertising 1st, Paid Mailbox Experience 2nd?
The advertising ribbon located just below the Quick Find green box on the Mailbox window slows down the mail experience by drawing a new ad FIRST before displaying my in-box after reading or deleting an email.I'm paying for a seamless mailbox experience, NOT to have it be secondary to your ads.It's bad enough that giant side-ad is there. Really not sure why we're paying for AOL anyway.

inbox problem
Mail that has been read and kept in inbox used to be non-bold. today, all mail in inbox is in bold, making it impossible to distinguish what has been read and what has not been read. why was this change made? and how do we fix this?

lack of support
I contacted support more than 24 hours ago requesting the recovery phone # for my Email account be changed, IT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED! I'm tired of wasting time on the phone and having issues go uncorrected!!!!! You need todo better!

Having issue with Sending an email with Attachment - Unable to properly upload file size above 15KB
Having trouble sending an email with attachment under AOL Desktop Gold - issue starts when uploading an attachment
uploading occur when attachment size reaches more than 15kb
all attachment works as long as it not reaches more than 15kb

Why is it all of a sudden taking so long for an email to delete?
Why is "delete" taking twice as long as it used to? I click to delete an email and there is a wait time now.
