How about you drop your left wing bias and just report the news WITHOUT spin? Why I've stayed with this second rate ISP is beyond me!

AOL hopelessly radical left leaning...
After being a subscriber for over 25 years, I must say I am utterly disappointed that AOL has become so LIBERAL...it is one thing to lean left, but to provide statistics based on their opinion is not worthy of them. I only wish they would get back to reporting facts and at least, try to stay neutral politically....half the country is conservative, some how they cannot accept that FACT!!

Don't expect anybody to read your news stories since you began truncating the headlines. Now no reason to click.
Go back to the old style. Make the headlines complete sentences so readers know what the story is about. I'm not going to waste my time clicking on stories now that you've truncated the headlines.

AOL Desktop for the UK
Release AOL Desktop Beta to other countries such as in the UK. I am currently a Beta tester from the UK and I would like to see AOL make a come back instead of if being killed off. Also bring back AIM! Why was this killed off?

Your Suggestions Don't Work...NONE OF THEM.
Here's what you have suggested:
"Hey,
Wanted to let you all know that you now have the ability to block mail from unwanted senders. Please click the link here to learn more: https://help.aol.com/articles/keep-your-inbox-clean-by-blocking-unwanted-mail-in-aol-desktop-gold
Sincerely,
AOL Product Support"I have been an AOL subscriber for more than 40 years, probably longer than most of you current staffers have been alive. Rest assured that by now, I KNOW how to block spammers. The only trouble is, none of your suggestions works anymore.
Are you really serious about blocking spam/phishing, or are you only interested in filling every available space on a given…

Tool bar icons
Why are you screwing around with the icons that reflect the subject in the upper tool bar? I'm a weatherman. You've taken away any meaningful icons . . . clouds, lightning, temperature, wind etc. Also financial icons are all but gone. The many that you offer are mostly childish

Go back to what you have been running in the past
The new opening format sucks. Where you were able to stop the rotation of featured articles know that can not be obtained. In general a third rate change.

You have a section where you can block emails and sites but you don't have one where you can allow sites.
You have a section where you can block emails and sites but you don't have one where you can put the "Good" sites you don't ever want to go to SPAM. Other browsers have that. AOL does not. Any chance we can get it?

RE: GOLD AOL Why in the world would I have 50 emails in the "New" category and 428 emails in the "Inbox" category???
If I have 50 emails in the "New" category and 428 emails in the "Inbox" category what is the point. The "Inbox" has not only the "New" but it also has items I have deleted. If I deleted items, I would think those should be in the "Deleted" area...not in a unnecessary category titled "Inbox". Get ride of Inbox and just have New, Deleted, Spam, etc. The "Inbox" is not necessary if there is New and Deleted.

AOL unrecognized as a viaable browser
AOL no longer recognized as a browser by companies like T-Mobile and Capital One. forcing AOL users to go outside of AOL and use another browser like Google Chrome. Can't someone in A
OL management talk to these companies and get AOL recognized as a viable browser? -

VIEWS FOLDER
PLEASE ALLOW US TO MOVE OR DELETE THE NEW "VIEWS" folder that's now appearing in our FOLDER list. It's not useful when people are already using folders to manage their mail. It's cumbersome in that it has to be closed whenever logging into AOL.
