You are showing a fraudulent ad
In your Hot News you are showing American stamps at a discount. That is NOT by the U.S. Postal Service!! The U.S. Postal service has a special coating on their stamps that shows up with ultra-violet light and these do not. If the USPS tests the letters, they can sue, they can NOT deliver your mail if they choose to. This is like using fake money to buy things. It should not be shown through AOL under Hot News!! If you want our USPS to go under, then use those and find a way to deliver your own mail because…

Unfortunately, the Windows operating system does this when it detects that the AOL Desktop Gold application has been auto updated. We are working with Microsoft to find a resolution to this problem.

Add Draft Button at top of mail window
With the main mail window open, there's buttons for New Old Sent, etc. Why not add a Draft button at the top instead of having to open Show Folder List, would save steps. I do a lot of drafting! Thanks!

AOL mail "image editor", restore it to its former self.
Stop screwing around with AOL mail "image editor", cant do anything now but increase/decrease size of image and it sux, please restore AOL mail "image editor" now. If it aint broke dont fix it, but instead you took away our whole image editor.

VIOLATION OF COMMUNITY STANDARDS
For at least three months, I've been reporting screen name @THEORIGINALMITTENS9836 for repeated memes showing feces coming out of President elect Trump's mouth. This obviously violates Yahoo Community standards, yet this person continues to post vile memes with nasty profane words. As a customer, this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! DO SOMETHING!

You have added so much **** to the AOL browser it is nearly impossible to do anything on AOL without jumping through hoops. That includes making comments on articles without the CENSORS either rejecting a simple comment or putting it on hold. Now you have screwed up the simple log in process. This **** is ridiculous. You say it is for security reasons. BS. It is justifying someone job. It sucks.

Forwarding Email Saved on AOL or Moving AOL Saved Mail to Thumb Drive
We have been LOYAL, STEADFAST customers of AOL SINCE IT's BEGINNING. We have many other AOL features and we are --in general - VERY SATISFIED. HOWEVER We have one VERY CHALLENGING ISSUE that neith Andy or Mo, Tech Support could solve -- THEY TRIED and we appreciate that effort.
CHALLENGE: We have a large number of folders, with many emails in them, SAVED ON AOL. These emails contain a 12 year history of my time on the BOD of El Paseo Arts Foundation on South Padre Is. TX. We are investigating this issue. In the meantime, if you right click the mail folder (inbox, new, old, etc.) and select "refresh" this should refresh all of the mails inside of that folder.

The spam filter will block only three domains. I get a lot of spam from the same domain, but different locals. Please increase the number of domains that can be blocked.

Cladly Dressed Ladies Adverts
Side Bar adverts are getting to be nasty and very improper, with no way to delete, cancel or otherwise prevent from appearing. These figures of barely cladly dressed ladies just started to show over and over of late!

Re: Masque Publishing Games "Nature's Blast" ad. This ad is so offensive and obscene that I can't believe you allow it on your site.
"Nature's Blast" on Masque Publishing. It depicts a cartoon-like drawing of a person's rear end. It is so offensive and trashy that I can't believe AOL would allow it on your site. I'm sick of it popping up all the time. Please have some discretion!
