another horrible and traumatizing picture on Huff Post today, which I am forced to view as i click thru to see the news. it is of a poor abused monkey chained and tortured somewhere. YOU MUST DISCONTINUE these abusive stories and images or you will lose me as a customer of over 20 years.

I keep getting a "command box" with "NOT SANDBOXED"
I keep getting a black "command box" and on it says "NOT SANDBOXED". What is this? Makes me feel like my PC is being hacked or something. Terrible system, this Gold. You were not ready for this conversion. Stop this black box situation. I no longer feel safe using AOL Gold.

Gathering FEEDBACK???????
We must be commenting to, TWO YEAR OLDS.
If the Engineers are Not aware by now, that PEOPLE HATE AOL GOLD, AND WANT 9.8 BACK, Gathering Feedback, is Not being responded to.
If there was a Power outage, the electric company is called and in minutes or hours and maybe some days, POWER IS RESTORED. But for some reason AOL and Tim Armstrong, do not CARE. Gathering Feedback is Not being responded to. Just STALL, STALL, STALL. But this customer and MANY MORE ARE ON THE VERGE OF SAYING, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, AND WILL FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS… -
Re AOL GOLD
My experience is this. Usually when a company decides to UpGrade or Make better their company, they get some input from their customers. Unfortunately AOL GOLD, did not do that. All YOU did was REVERSE EVERYTHING FROM 9.8. iNSTEAD OF MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY, CUSTOMERS ARE UN HAPPY.

Really?? Email looks worse today than yesterday. Why is it so hard to fix the problem? AOL had it looking good and working.

address book resized doesn't save internal positions
You gave advice to save the address book window overall size which does work but re positioning the internal vertical dividers doesn't get saved. Hence (name, mail, phone number) section stay too narrow.

The problem persists!
Yet AGAIN, when an email was slow in sending out, it went out TWICE. We run a small business -- this is not an acceptable business practice. Please get this fixed! I have written about this before, and all you've done is close the issue. I have called tech support about this. When will this be fixed?

Duplicate Emails
I complained before that when sending emails or saving them as drafts that oftentimes the system is very slow -- and then I find that duplicates are either sent or saved. I just received a response from AOL that the original feedback I sent has been closed. The problem still exists -- it happened this morning again. So when will this be fixed? Why was my original feedback closed?

Save Email folders does not work
Why is it we can't Save Folder As... or Open saved folder???? Why the option even still there? I have depended on this feature for years and is why I have continued to pay for your service. If this feature is never going to be available again it must be time to move on. What happens if pc crashes? All email is lost in software...

AOL IGNORES CONSUMERS
over 1 month without specific local news for set location - no pertinent help from support at all - favorites now frustrating + NOT USER FRIENDLY - overall very poor site quality - no longer worth the price for paid subscribers at all -
