The Favorites list does not clear even if you close it and reopen - you still have prior selections highlighted. this has happened conti
IT STINKS in the favorites list -- cannot clear previous selections and when choosing new site to go to it will not go there but goes back to previous site. Also can close favorites and still the last site you were on is showing highlighted It has been reported and nothing done now for weeks. FIX THIS as it is so often used and most of time will not work as retains previously selected site -- even if that site has been closed HOW MANY TIMES DOES THIS HAVE TO BE REPORTED? do

We need better spam controls that block mail before it even gets to our mailbox. The mail in the spam folder has grown exponentially and we have to check spam to insure valid emails are not there. We need an easy way to report spam so it does not make it to us. Otherwise, why am I paying for AOL. In looking at the comments, tis seems to be a priority to your customers.

I am still waiting it's been 2 days now If not fixed by tomorrow i will cancel
and go with someone else. You are going to need to realize your are not the only company and I am paying for a service that I am not getting I have been with AOL for over 25 years -
Duplicate emails -- Please fix this!
Once again an email was slow in sending....then was sent TWICE! We run a small business. This is NOT an acceptable business practice. I have complained about this numerous times. Why can't this be fixed???

over 1 month without specific local news for set location - no pertinent help from support at all - favorites now frustrating + NOT USER FRIENDLY - overall very poor site quality - no longer worth the price for paid subscribers at all -

Everytime I write mail and go to send it and I go to my address book to add the name in to send it, It adds the name into the BBC and when i send it no one gets it. This needs to be fixed.

i can no longer scan documents to aol gold from my printer,scanner copies at work, I can scan to my GMAIL acct,
i was able to scan from august 2017 till dec 15.2017 then it stopped i could only scan and email to my gmail acct

pop up ads
Im see now that a pop up ad that takes up the top half of my welcome screen and has no feature to delete or remove is sourced from OATH. Pretty sorry set up AOL has when you put an ad on the screen that can not be removed. Upgrade aol and it wiped out aol from my computer.

I followed your instructions below and and did keyword upgrade and it put a program on my desktop. After clicking that icon to open, I received an ERROR MESSAGE that it did not work. What it did was DELETE AOL GOLD from my computer 100%. Now when I click on the icon for the AOL GOLD....it does not connect. I had to uninstall the program and went to install AOL GOLD from the Internet and it says I am not illegible for it. WTH is going on?I am able to access my AOL email from Google Chrome.

I truly don't know how long we aol users are supposed to be putting up with this BS that you call a program but I'm **** sick and tired of getting upset every time I try to send email. Its either 'mail not sent because of an error' or 'wait 5 minutes and try again'... FIX THIS *. You have the nerve to charge us for a program that doesn't even work, doesn't perform to the low standards it was before this marvelous upgrade. * we'd be happy with the old version instead of this **** that doesn't work.…

Today you posted NEWS that K-mart and Sears were going to close stores in January 2018----like is there anyone interested in April 2018. And how many times can you post news stories and they still interest your leaders. You know, you don't always have 71 NEWS stories every day. Does anyone ever read them all. Saving drafts often slow, duplicates, triplicates occur.
This isn't a new idea. Others have complained about it but you say you can't replicate it and you close the "idea." I'm copying one comment: "Sometimes when saving Drafts, it is very slow. Then I'll find that duplicates and even triplicates are being saved. I spent an hour and a half on the phone yesterday with the Desktop Gold Tech office, and thought this problem was fixed.
