    We have investigated this issue and are not able to reproduce any problems with the celebrity voices on AOL Desktop Gold. Please consider uninstalling your AOL Desktop Gold from the Add/Remove programs function. Then re-install AOL Desktop Gold.

    In some cases, we have seen that Anti-virus software sometimes removes the sound files from the machine.


    Please also use the Report a Bug feature from the Help menu of AOL Desktop Gold if you continue to see this issue after installing new. This will send us critical information that we can use to determine the cause of the issue.

    Thank you for this feedback. Please use the Report a Bug option under the Help menu. This will provide our engineers with some information that we can use to resolve this issue. Please include any details about what specific website you are using.

  3. I like how AOL Gold just up and stops working!

    I like how AOL Gold just up and stops working and then presents a screen window that merely says "AOL HAS STOPPED WORKING" and then closes the program and says nothing else. I know AOL Gold is a junk, dumb program but just shutting off and collapsing is pretty stupid. All the while AOL takes your money. Sick.
