Pictures come as attachment and none in the mail
Now when I get pictures in the mail they are not in the email to see. Everyone now needs to be downloaded and you can't see them if five are sent that's five times I must click on each picture and download it where before you could do all five and you could view the picture in the email before saving them. This needs to be fixed!!! you have made Aol a nightmare to have and I am going to look for another server instead of wasting my money with you!!!!!

I pay $18/mo. Email has been out all morning . Calls to customer service just rings & then goes to busy.Been an AOL customer for over 30 years but guess I'll just have to cancel.

COPY PASTE from EMAIL to new EMAIL no longer works
Previous AOL Desktops would allow MULTIPLE images to be COPIED then PASTEd to another email. BETA 2566 no longer does this.
Though all wanted images are high-lighted and 'COPY'ied ,, ONLY the
last one is pasted. NO accompanying text is copied & pasted..With the BUGGY CRASHING I Can't get anything REPLIED to AND NOW COPY PASTED (work-around) ...

We need better spam controls that block mail before it even gets to our mailbox. The mail in the spam folder has grown exponentially and we have to check spam to insure valid emails are not there. We need an easy way to report spam so it does not make it to us. Otherwise, why am I paying for AOL. In looking at the comments, tis seems to be a priority to your customers.

How can I block spam from a fake "domain" usually marked newsletter@*.us? (The words at the * spot are fake, like "slimeswe" or "donorbow")
How can I block spam from newsletter@.us ? I get some every day (today I have 36 of them), for example: newsletter@***.us, newsletter@*******.us, newsletter@*****.us, newsletter@*******.us, newsletter@******.us, newsletter@***********.us, etc.

WRT My Mail Folders:::
Add add'l tab to create "New Folder" also at top of mail folder list, rather than require me to scroll to bottom of my now 200+ folders to do that!!!

"DRAFT FOLDER: IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY CLICK ON EMAIL "WHICH IS ALREADY OPENED & IS BEING EDITED" IT OPENS "2ND" "UNEDITED VERSION" WHICH FORCES USER TO REVIEW 2 PAGES AND TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHICH ONE IS NEWEST VERSION =
NEW CLICK SHOULD JUST BRING UP OPENED COPY. WHICH IS ALREADY BEING EDITED.
IT DOES NOT.
IT OPENS A SAME EMAIL AGAIN, UNEDITED SAVED VERSION.+ EDITED VERSION. VERY TIME CONSUMING TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHICH IS WHICH..THANK YOU

I see you ain't going put the mail back like it was so we can see what it is so I am going to cancel my membership. aol don't listen to its customer and I don't think anyboby really works there. All the years I have had aol I have never been able to speak to a real person.

forward mail
I would like to be able to forward all of my mail to another email address for answering while I am away. But all I can do is use an auto responder. There should be a an email setting of "forward all mail to: [enter an email address]" with an option to choose "until revoked" or for "X" number of days.

I cannot identify the persons name, can only identify by email address.

You reassigned my complaint to another category this morning but have done NOTHING to grant my request of getting features back to control this kind of SPAM. That doesn't do me any good. That is non-responsive, in my opinion.

STILL NOT COPY THE EMAIL ADDRESS
Like I said before, only copy one email address, not the whole list, I don't like to do reply or forward, I like to send new emails. Why is so difficult to make it like before? I'm not new on AOL. Please work on this issue.

Can't you people correct this spam going into my INBOX everyday since Aug.2018
How many times do I have to report it.....Quitting AOL is the only solution I guess -
once I delete I still have to press ctrl key to get rid of deleted emails

Why do I have to select to delete emails twice now. Very frustrating
go back to one click delete on laptop computers or check marks on all you want to delete and only have to hit delete once
