Can't clean Browser History
Why have you changed our going to setting/browser and deleting browser history??? Why do we have to sign off before history is removed. Another ridiculas change to an already faulty program......if it ain't broke why do you keep changing things???
Also why do I need to sign in to send this...obviously I am already online...or is this a way of tracking member who are complaining about the "wonderful" AOL Gold?? -
New mail layout sucks...
The new AOL owners don't seem to be very concerned about their customers, in fact they're making it more complex. I expect they will re-initiate the old program and charge us to use it. Are we all aware we don't have to pay for service at Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc. Why are we paying for the most screwed up of the bunch?

Sign On and then Reboot to have mail and favorites show each time I open Gold
Ofter opening Gold, sign on pops up, check save password, auto sign box, Gold opens but no personal items like mail, favorites, etc. Reboot my PC, then go back signing on, checking boxes, everything comes just fine. Then if I log off, which I won't until tomorrow, back procedures.

Apparently these are ********** that designed Gold and haven't gotten it right yet????????????? You should have built upon 9.8 or kept it since we are getting charged for less options and the worse of all coverage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAD what you have become!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remove your block of conservative websites because you don't agree with what they post. its ******** that you warn there might be objectionable items or stories there then even block the "proceed' choice also. It is NOT your place nor right to determine where on the net an adult can browse. I am 58 years old and am quite capable of choosing what i see on the WWW,

3rd Party cookies
AOL Gold apparently does not have an option to block 3rd party cookies. I want that option to protect my privacy. Without it I may cease using AOL Gold and go to other browsers.

Browser Related Issue
Follow up for the issue that i have reported 4days ago about not being able to utilize and have the reply button for the craigslists.com. Please have it fix as the issue started since 01/27/2019. Please provide me a feedback if possible as this is a work related website for me and it's not satisfying to know that it's available in AOL Desktop Gold. Thanks.

why do we have to keep clicking
Why do we have to keep clicking backwards to get back to article #1? Refresh used to do it instantly but you've removed that option. And no, clicking on "refresh" at the AOL logo does not do the same - it only refreshes the page you're on!

Negative contrast for vision impaired
Please add a feature for aol desktop gold that wil enable negative contrast for vision impaired or macular degenaration, just like the feature that is available on the old aol desktop 9.2

The font size in the address field of the browser is too small. AOL tech support says you can't change it.
Either increase the font size or provide a selection of font sizes such as small, medium, large, and extra large.

Horrible ad of a dismembered deformed pops up in my face when I send mail, delete mail or browse. Why can't some genius over there get rid of it? You are torturing us with all the ads, some more offensive than others but all annoying and show bad judgment on the part of aol.

lastpass
If you use Lastpass as your password manager, you need to leave AOL and open another browser, like Chrome, to log on to another account.
It would be good to have a Lastpass extension for the AOL browser.

PLEASE REMOVE THAT STUPID PHOTO OF THE LEG WITH AN ELASTIC BAND AND MEDICAL WARNING. IT IS IN BAD TASTE AND ALSO RIDICULOUS BUT NOT IN A FUNNY WAY.It even popped up in the middle of the spam folder after removing my spam!
