  1. My AOL Desktop Gold has gone crazy...attaches my "Vietnam Veteran" letter to everything, my emails sent, my address book names...everything.

    EVERYTHING IS OPERATING INCORRECTLY...ESPECIALLY THE ADDRESS BOOK, BUT EVERYTHING IS HAYWIRE. TRIED TO CALL YOUR HELP...COULDN'T GET THRU. VERY UPSETTING.

  2. SYMBOLS USED IN ADDRESS BOOK

    Andy's AT&T should read Andy's and AT&T. The & and ' symbols are not correct in my address book. I did not make the changes as there are others. For some reason something automatically changed my information!!!

  4. I have had trouble adding groups to my mail list, also have trouble sending mail sometimes - Don't like Gold!

    Don't like Gold I have had trouble adding groups to my mail list, also have trouble sending mail sometimes - Don't like Gold! Also names have disappeared from my group lists. Sometimes cannot send out an email.

    Your tech help people are fabulous. Dump Gold!
