  1. need help signing in and having multiple accounts on my sign in

    I am unable to add multiple accounts on my aol desktop gold. It will not save my usernames and I have to sign in each time with my password and it also asks for 2 step verification. I have talked to tech support and they remotely used my computer to fix the problem, but was unable to repair. this. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. can't delete folders in "READ"

    Good Morning,

    I've been trying to delete some folders under "My Mail Folders" .. The error message says either error code EC-4001 or it asks if I want to delete the folder and I say YES but it doesn't delete

    This has been going on for a while

    Virtual assistant tells me

    1. Click the Settings Icon in your AOL Mail.
    2. Under "Inbox Spacing," you can select ....

    But there is no "Inbox Spacing" visible.

    How can we punish the Virtual Assistant? Reduce its voltage ????

  9. Tool bars links not working and the AOL Search box (AOL Desktop Gold Beta)

    Using the latest AOL beta version and I have noticed that the Money and Games link in the toolbar does not take you to the correct page. I am using the UK lang version :-)

    Also, the AOL Search box does not load correctly.

  10. web site is impossible to Delete previous Credit Card from Account !!!

    Make it easier to Delete Old Credit Card from Account, which currently does Not Work and requires going through the Tortures of the Damned to try to delete the old info there... Spent over an Hour and still nothing would delete old card number !!!
    Stop Telling People to Manage Subscriptions to do it, That Does Not Work !!!

  11. Peacock TV & Paramount Plus

    I have noticed you can't watch anything on Peacock TV or Paramount Plus using AOL Desktop Gold. Peacock TV says "something Went Wrong. Sorry, your system configuration is not compatible with Peacock. Please check the supported devices in our Help Center (6007)."

    Paramount Plus says "This video is currently unavailable. Please try again. Error code: 3005".

    I have tried on a new of shows and they all say this. Please fix!

  17. Adg security feature is annoying

    I am unable to open different links from some emails because those are recognized to be fishy by Aol Dektop Gold, if I try to go on the web mail and open those links, even thought they a recognized by Malware bytes as being suspicious I can at least open them. since I use adg mostly, it is a very annoying feature, so please allow me to choose if I want to go to a website or not

  20. Dangerous problem that continues to happen!

    I am advising you of a SERIOUS problem that continues to happen. When I'm scrolling through the daily news articles, an article comes up that I'm interested in. I click to open it, and a message appears that "Your computer is infected with a virus and is locked! You must call Microsoft Support to resolve it!" And it gives an 800 number to call. If you call the number, a nefarious agent will start a remote session to take over your computer. However, it is not Microsoft! I've found that this only happens when the lower text of the article…
