  2. Others on my account can see their email...I can't

    I forgot to add this in my post a few minutes ago. Other folks on my account can see all their emails, New, Old, Spam when they log in. I cannot. HELP! Fix this!!

  4. Fix the problem as soon as it is reported, don't ignore it.

    "Report a Bug" ignored my report about the problem with the email text upon sending; it is not readable after being sent. Two weeks have passed, and they haven't fixed the problem. They also haven't fixed the bug for phone calls, because they only accept texts on a cell phone to send the verification code. What kind of service are they offering us when they don't fix the problems in their application? Is it worth continuing to pay AOL when the customer is left dissatisfied?

  9. Outgoing Mail Error code et-506

    Suddenly yesterday out going mail gets this error. When I open the sent mail there is nothing in the body of the email. If I open the sent email on my phone, I can see the text. I assume the mail went out, but it is not recording on ADG. This is very problematic.

  12. How to speak with AOL agent to get the needed HELP!!!!

    I just had the WORSE conversation with AOL. Someone by the name of "Rejes!" (Spelling ??)
    So EXTREMELY UPSETTING!! I LITERALLY HAD TO HANG UP, COULD NOT SPEAK WITH HER AFTER 20 MINUTES OF TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE HELP I NEEDED.

    ALL I WANTED TO DO IS CORRECT & UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD FOR AOL. I NOTICED A PAYMENT WAS BEING TAKEN FROM A WRONG ACCOUNT. i WANTED TO MAKE SURE ALL FURTHER PAYMENTS COME FROM THE CORRECT ACCOUNT.

    THIS WOMAN, WAS SO UNHELPFUL. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, SHE INFORMED ME SHE COULD NOT TRANSFER ME.

    At first on AOL Desktop Gold, it looked like I was offline. I reinstalled the app, **** a back-up and now the emails are not showing anymore, instead the inbox looks like purple lines.

  17. mark as unread

    Clicking on "Mark Unread" on a single Email Page, does not work anymore. I have to go back to the complete "Inbox" email list and click on the "Mark Unread" button, in order to save that email. Why?

    I tried deleting Desktop Gold and reinstalling, no luck.
