I'm paying for a telephone support service - no one answers the phone. You respond telling me to call product support. Still no answer

animations are not listed in mail feedback just only only on my suggestions
Why isn't my idea of bringing back animations and music on the general and mail feedback page. I can only see it on my feed.

Forward all mail
I would like to be able to forward all of my mail to another email address for answering while I am away. But all I can do is use an auto responder. There should be a an email setting of "forward all mail to: [enter an email address]" with an option to choose "until revoked" or for "X" number of days.

Chat Room Problems
It is now day 7 and my screen name is stuck in two chat rooms, I was told to submit a "Bug Error" I did that 4 times and still no response to fixing my problem, why can't you remove or clear screen name out of chat rooms? Where is Tech support for this issue? Bug report does nothing to help

AOL GOLD IS THE WORST PROGRAM IN THE INDUSTRY, AND THEY DON'T GIVE A ****
SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE EVEN MAKES FUN OF AOL ON A REGULAR BASIS BECAUSE OF THEIR INABILITY TO CORRECT THEIR PROBLEMS AND IDIOTIC APPROACH TO BUSINESS. AMAZING AOL IS STILL AROUND.
PS: In "Mail", "Spam Settings" the sender Spam email addresses I add are NOT saved, even though it says "Changes have been saved" YOU REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS as it is AN important Spam control feature. I asked about correcting this previously with no response. Please respond.

Why do you all put an app out there and even help us download it, but when we decide we don't want to keep it, refuse to help get it off?
I tried AIL one point had help from AOL to download since it would not work for me. Friend of mine had his laptop stolen so now all of his passwords can be used by the thief. So I decided to get rid of one point. Ran the uninstall, system said was successful. However it is still there and pops up routinely. Your help desk told me yesterday this is not an Aol problem you need to contact the other company. Why?

My below comment was merged to a closed comment section so neither I or anyone else could respond to your "answer". Funny thing is the AOL response to it was a joke. When looking at the first "fix" on your list, I have news for you, it does not work. I am sure I could go down the list and find many more of the same. So don't assume because AOL thinks it may be fixed, it is not and we waste a lot of time struggling through multiple frustrations just to use AOL. If AOL was indeed serious about…

New look of the AOL Webpage
Well, I just want to give a compliment to AOL, for improving its Webpage! It looks good. A lot cleaner and a lot more appealing I must say. Attractive. It took you all, sometime, to do this. But, I got to give you all a BIG thumbs-up!
Oh, and do FIX the SETTINGS/Clear Browser on Exit feature. It does NOT work like it use too, the previous version. I have to MANUALLY clear it, each and every time. There is a problem there. Please FIX it.
