  1. Not working properly and sending Pornographic photos!

    AOL Shield Pro not working properly for several days, keep trying to get in touch with someone at AOL to fix. I do hope this doesn't mean I'm infected, like it's telling me.... Message in lower right hand box says: QUOTED
    AOL (with logo) Shield Pro.joophesh.com Protect your Windows PC! Install free antivirus" The logo message appears frequently and is sent with ***** photos of women!!!!! Is my computer infected? Can someone follow up on this type of message? Should I stop using AOL Shield immediately? PLEASE HELP. I need assistance. I've had difficulty posting for HELP!

  2. WHY using an dated browser Explorer 11

    Please explain what this Shield Pro is all about. And secondly recently signed on for Safe Central for secure log in. It works with MS Explorer 11 which is not acceptable but must on MS browser "Edge". If not upgraded to MS EDGE I don't want after 30 days trial as it is frequently kicks me out. This is notification that must be addressed right away. Al Khan at Metuchen, NJ

  3. I can't access mail even though I am signed into aol?

    I am login to AOL through shield pro. I click on mail. It ask if I want to log out. It will not let me get to mail.

  5. untimely closure of AOL SHIELD

    I'm testing the aol shield; I have been in this for 2 days and I find a great inconvenience as the following: Inamptively closes and must be reloaded; when doing so, the message appears that the program has not shut down properly. In order not to lose everything worked, you have to restore it. This is a great annoyance for the user. There is NO behavior pattern, as it is presented when a new page is loaded, when typing a password, answering an email, etc. To send you this feedback, I had to do about 10 reloads of the page.

  6. AOL does not know whenit send messages.

    Sometimes AOL will send me an error message that my email has not been sent,when it actually has been sent. I will then try to send it again and get that or another error message.
