when I sign into aol, my quicken deluxe software gets blacked out. ???

That's probably because of EntryProtect, the anti-keylogger software that comes bundled with Shield Pro. Removing it may be worth a try.

I don't have a netflicks account, but netflick access my credit card at the back and is removing money from my checking account. Would like to keep netflicks out of my bank account
