  4. Be willing/able to help with email difficulties; someone who doesn't write you off when you need extra instruction. We're not all tech-savvy

    Couldn't get emails to open up. Agent gave detailed instructions which I didn't understand. I asked for further explanations, was told he wasn't able to help me any further.

  7. NOT make it easy to delete email folders with the online app. if one clicks the X by mistake the folder is gone!! No warning of ' do you wan

  8. When in views other than "All Email" give the "Select All" option instead of selecting each one manually.

    Today only in the main mailbox is the "Select All" option available. This should be an easy code fix to allow for any type of view in the dropdown selection. I thought it was previously was available but went away with one of the updates so maybe it's just a bug that can be fixed. If the rules are there in your code, run a test and see where it's failing.

  19. i would like to be able to adjust how often the app refreshes for new emails (ie every 2, 4, 6, 8 hours). this app drains a lot of battery

    this app is constantly refreshing for new, incoming email using a lot of battery throughout the day. i want to be able to set the refresh rate.

  20. trash should not deleted automatically at an regular rhythm. It has to be deleted manual, by the moment I actually want this.
