  3. where is the left panel in aol email to locate where all my contacts are, please?

    I don't like the suggested solution having to compose an email choosing to who by clicking on something on the right side to show all contacts only when sending an email, difficult to figure out how to see all contacts even when not sending messages!

  9. MUST scroll past emails regarding my on-going divorce for court BUT CANNOT!! This is an UNACCEPTABLE format. Restore old format!!!

    In order to keep reduced costs, I assist divorce lawyer with previous information to write new briefs. It is next to impossible to find past information, scrolling back takes hours and this is a TIME SENSITIVE issue!!! Had absolutely NO PROBLEMS with old format. Could find previous emails in seconds. PLEASE RESTORE FORMAT!!!

    It is very difficult to search this app for a particular email. It will not open the email you searched, it opens a different one. Surely the creators of the app must know there is a problem.

  20. Improve the search function for sent and trashed email. It doesn't work well at all.

    When searching by email address for a sent email, very few or none appear but they do while on a desktop.
