Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data -
Where is my AOL address book in Android app? Only email used previously pop up. I have many email addresses in AOL, not in phone contacts.
And use AOL address book in App NOT phone contacts.
To find the address book you should go to the option “Compose” and then to the option “To” and if you click on the right you can see all the contacts.

I want to list my AOL emails in alphabetical order on my android order
I need to clean my aol emails that are on my android phone. I want to list them in alphabetical order. How?

Please note that the AOL App does not allow the alphabetical arranging of your emails at the moment. You can try to use a web browser to arrange the message alphabetically by accessing mail.aol.com

aol app will not send picture attachments in galaxy a50 bug
I cannot send a message from the aol app after attaching picture on the galaxy a50. he error us Sorry cannot send email. I can use chrome on the phone to attach and send pictures. tech support said it's a bug and it submit feedback.

We are unable to replicate this issue, please make sure you have the latest version of AOL App on your device and you have a strong internet connection. If the issue persists, please clear your cookies and cache or even reinstall the app.

fix a HUGE BUG in the app
It is impossible to add a new account to the app. I enter my gmail account, you send a verification code, i go to gmail , copy the code and come back, but you have sent me back to the first step. Just in case I enter the code I copied but it is not valid anymore. And so on til infinite.
In order to add a new account to the AOL App, please go to Settings > Manage accounts > Add account.

Connectivity issues are stopping me from logging in.
Application is constantly reconnecting.

all of a sudden I cannot receive any videos in my email. I have not changed one thing. I do not have a old phone either. this has happened all of a sudden. I need someone to take care of it.

Emails from republicans go to spam even even after marked not spam. Emails from democrats never go to spam.
Stop sending emails to spam when marked not spam!
If you have trouble receiving emails, the first steps we recommend you to take is checking your Spam Settings and your Filter and Alerts settings. Please make sure they do not contain any harmful filters which may prevent incoming emails from reaching your Inbox. Should you find such filters, we recommend removing or modifying them, as needed. Please sign out and back in for the changes to take full effect.

Remove read/deleted emails from the list of "New Emails", very frustrating having hundreds of old/deleted emails show up.
I still see old emails I'veread and deleted in my "New Emails" folder, when they should all just be in my trash/deleted folder.
Please remove and re-add your account to the AOL App and check if the problem persists.

I have had AOL mail for years. Just recently switched from AT&T to Spectrum mobile and my free AOL email was gone. Where did it go.
How do i get my free AOL email back? I don't want to pay for premium out of my SSI.
AOL Mail and the AOL App is free of charge no matter what internet connection you are using.
