I dislike that after opening a new email it's moved from the "New mail" folder to the "Old mail" folder. Pls make this optional in Settings.
I see that this suggestion has been made. Still, I'll reiterate it. The status quo is very inconvenient and a major issue to me.

I would recommend switching to the unified inbox style. Go to mail.aol.com through a laptop or PC, click Options>Mail Settings>Inbox Style>save settings. Then uninstall/reinstall the AOL app so these settings reflect in the app.

Please check your phone’s app permissions then select AOL and deny permission to location. After you did this, close/re-open the app and the location icon will appear for you to tap it and you will need to allow the AOL app to access the device’s location while using the app.

my email when sending now to the recipient says topsexlife. I don't think that is funny and that is not my email.
when I send out an email it tells recipient that it is from topsexlife. That is not my email

please stop sending my email to my trash folder
most of my email is directed to my trash folder and then deleted; why???
Hello there! If you notice your emails are going to the Trash or to the wrong folder, it might be because of a faulty filter redirecting your emails to different folders, other than the Inbox. Check your settings to view or change where they're going.
Also, if you're using a mobile app or program, such as Outlook or Mac Mail, that is set up to delete email from the server, you'll need to contact the manufacturer for help.

Hi there. If you wish to add a new email address, tap on your profile icon, then on Manage account and you should see the Add Account link.

can't get to my spam folder and no directions to tell me. I can on my computer but not my phone.
It's not user friendly on your android phone!!!
In order to view your folders, please tap on your profile icon in the upper left side and then tap on "Mail folders".

I can't scroll through my news stories. I just see the headlines which are fixed. I've had help from AOL but nothing has helped.

Why is a 2nd unknown name programmed in my mailbox? It displays when creating new msg in drop down window if changing who msg is from.FIX!!
A 2nd email user address is associated in my mailbox. I see name when creating a new email under dropdown window of who is sending email.

We’re really sorry to hear your displeasure with the advertising on the AOL App. In order for AOL to offer things like web content and products, we need to sell advertising just like any newspaper, magazine or television station would.

if I send photos any possible waY from my AOL ACCOUNT ON MY DROID to my SAME AOL account, I CAN NOT SAVE/SELEC T PHOTOS WHEN on my laptop?
cannot select embedded mail photos to save and manipulate. its main issue for my business.
