Email links in wesites no longer open in Aol mail, it stopped working. No such problem with Gmail.
Aol mail not working properly within Aol app. cant open email links to compose an email, very frustrating.

Please remove the need for a third party password generator since it doesn't work
I understand wanting to make things more secure, but enhancing security won't be beneficial if people stop using their AOL emails altogether out of frustration. The third party password generator has yet to work, despite trying it over the span of a few months. This means that users have to have a completely separate app for their AOL emails, which makes having an AOL account inconvenient.

Please restore old, basic format. The new one is frustrating, hard to use and just plain dysfunctional! Otherwise I will look elsewhere.
The new mailbox format is terrible

please fix the spam email folder reload loop
whenever i empty the spam folder of spam emails through the aol android app, and go to refresh it so the changes stock & reflect properly, its stuck on a loop that doesnt end unless i close and open the app again

something us seriously messed up and needs to be addressed. I've gotten week or more old emails pop up LATE, read/old mail won't move, etc.
Either go back to previous version or do something to fix/patch the bugs in new version.

I still pay for my email service,since 2000 I get things setup and organized the way I can find things and use it for what I need .it suks.
keep your hands off our mail it's not yours.

getting harder and harder to delete emails. More show up days later.
Need to stop the doling out, or delays in the emails posted each day.

i can't move new emails to any folders after reading. happens with only one acct. please fix. thx
New email that are read are not going to designated folders as requested and shown as moved

Allow to delete receipts
Old info shows under "Receipts" even though underlying email has long since been deleted. We should be able to delete the old information.
