  5. sort out two factor authntication

    i am not getting texts to my phone. number is correct, aol is not blocked. i am unable as a result ti set this up.or verify my number. i DI get other texts so not my phone!

  7. tell me why I can no longer forward messages, move messages to files or delete multiple messages without swiping left on my android

    recent changes to the screen do not allow for opening, moving or forwarding give me my old screen back

  8. sort out the screen sizing. I can't access mail from home screen and can't delete trash.

    need screen resized BACK to what it was - can't get to mail envelope on home screen. if I get to trash folder from phone icon at top of screen then I can't delete trash because the bin icon isn't visible and there's no keyboard either. AOL mail is currently unworkable

  11. This is my email account, now the button to gto email, is right under the std back arrow so no matter what i do i cant access my mail!

    its an email account. now i can't get past all the blah blah blah to see my email. email first *******.

  15. I think you should know that ever since the AOL app updated I am unable to attach any documents that haven't already been sent or received.

    There is no option to attach any new documents from my files on to an email. The app in its current state will only allow me to attach previously sent and received documents. This is my business email account and now it's more or less useless. I already get strange looks for even having an AOL email account, so creating a new g mail account and abandoning the AOL email address is an easy transition. I've been using AOL since 2001 and now I'm officially done with your product.

  19. well you require for me to give to give an authentication code sent to my phone you have to correct number but my phone never rings

    you have my correct number to authenticate my account but my phone never rings when you are supposedly have sent it. I have no problems getting to the account on my phone but when I try to get to it on my laptop I can't
