  1. Make it easier for a long time customer to find out why my password does not work and send me a link to set up a new one

    I keep getting asked for my password and it does not work and hasn't for months. How do you reset it

  2. when checking/selecting multiple emails, the top row listing categories disappears and shifts all emails up.

    I have to wait after checking one email before I can select the rest. or else I misclick and select an email or something else

  4. momentan muss ich ständig meinen Account bestätigen oder erneuern. Was soll das ???

    jedesmal wenn ich auf die AOL-APP klicke um meine mails einzusehen kommt die Meldung das der Account nicht mehr gültig ist und ich Ihn erst bestätigen muss und m besten jedesmal ein neues Passwort eingeben soll. Das nervt total und uch verstehe den Sinn davon nicht.

  11. go back to old format. why would you assume my drafts are for me to test my ability to write-- I'm working on something and want it saved.

    don't assume anything. just clean options. users know how to use a simple and stable format. I don't need your thoughts. my compose screen is a mess because of your new ideas. I feel like swearing all the time. your programmers are so stupid I can't even send this message.

  13. Data still doesn't sync immediately. Fix this.

    My web browser syncs data instantaneously. The app requires around 5 minutes to report deleted mail, and even then, the app must be open and not operating in the background for this to occur.
