stop trying to push a "pay or get more ads" model, and quit making your own ads to get rid of ads ads.

allow me to see all 3 aol email accounts instead of hiding two
I used to be able to access all three accounts from app. now every other time I check email only one account is listed for access. restarting phone resets to 3.

Properly load the entire email after you press the button to load graphics. I have to close the email, open again to see the whole email.
I choose not to load graphics automatically in email. Most of the time when opening an email and selecting to load graphics, I cannot scroll to the end of the email once the graphics have loaded but only through part of it. I have to close the email, open it again, select to load graphics and then I can scroll to the end of the email once graphics have loaded. How about loading the email correctly the first time I choose to load graphics. It seems almost like the app determines the scroll length when initially opened and does not…

I understand why you need to push people to upgrade. it is all about revenue but this is extremely annoying.
If you want to annoy your prospective customers, keep annoying them for every email they open, otherwise, change it to once or twice a day. Perhaps then, I will eventually consider. Nagging does not help!

stop sending me a pop up asking me if a legitimate email is safe or not. Seems to be you are trying to censor these emails.

Stop asking to enroll everyone to further cost just to filter ads you are already screwing all of your customers on!

Again! You modify or change how your app or website work with NO notice, NO tutorial, NO link, NO FAQ!
Respect your customers; ask for input before full implementation, provide notice and a link to test and / or find solutions to issues that may arise!

allow my display settings to stick on your app rather than over-riding them
AOL app doesn't actually allow us to personalize settings. It always reverts to AOL's default & ignores user choices
