  3. Again! You modify or change how your app or website work with NO notice, NO tutorial, NO link, NO FAQ!

    Respect your customers; ask for input before full implementation, provide notice and a link to test and / or find solutions to issues that may arise!

  4. allow my display settings to stick on your app rather than over-riding them

    AOL app doesn't actually allow us to personalize settings. It always reverts to AOL's default & ignores user choices

  9. stop emails being removed from the inbox after being marked to keep as new. Also stop marking legitimate email addresses as spam.

  13. allow me to see all 3 aol email accounts instead of hiding two

    I used to be able to access all three accounts from app. now every other time I check email only one account is listed for access. restarting phone resets to 3.

  20. When I read a message, your app automatically moves it to Old Mail. STOP THAT !!!! If I wanted it in old mail, I would put it there myself!

    STOP automatically putting my read messages in Old Mail. STOP IT !!!! Don't do it anymore!!! There is no reason you can give me to justify it !!!
