If it's not, please try again later. Additionally, if you do have this version, please check to have the latest keyboard 5.6.10.25. Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Samsung Keyboard>About Samsung Keyboard (bottom of page)>Update. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at help.aol.com

Impossible to reply to emails. when you start typing it goes to bottom of sent email and can't see what your typing
Impossible to reply to emails. when you start to type cursor bounces and can't see what your typing.
Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

You can switch between New/Old Mail and Unified Inbox at will, but this must be done from a PC's browser. Here are the steps:
1. Click the Settings icon | select More Settings.
2. Click Viewing email.
3. Under Inbox style, select Unified Inbox.
4. Click Back to Inbox or Back to New Mail when done.

Can't reply, Cursor keeps going down

my emails on android are not syncing to delete with my pc

Fix the app. It keeps scrolling to the bottom while I'm trying to reply to an email.
Fix the app. It scrolls to the bottom while I'm trying to reply to emails. Then I scroll up and it scrolls back down. It's very frustrating. Other email apps don't do this, such as Samsung email.
