  1. Impossible to reply to emails. when you start typing it goes to bottom of sent email and can't see what your typing

    Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!


  2. my emails on android are not syncing to delete with my pc

    when I delete emails from my android phone, they still show on my pc

  4. Fix the app. It keeps scrolling to the bottom while I'm trying to reply to an email.

    Fix the app. It scrolls to the bottom while I'm trying to reply to emails. Then I scroll up and it scrolls back down. It's very frustrating. Other email apps don't do this, such as Samsung email.

  16. Can't delete folder from Android app that was deleted from desktop/web.

    A folder that was deleted on desktop still appears in the Android app. Unable to remove from the app as that option is grayed out and selecting that folder to display just shows blank page with spinner at the top.
