Access to contacts
When my phone is stolen or lost I would like to access my contacts I have saved on my email
Hi there. You can access and edit contacts in the app. To do this, please tap on the 3 dots (More) menu, tap Contacts. To add a new contact, please tap on the ''+'' icon. To edit one, tap on it then tap the 3 dots menu to edit, share, copy to clipboard or delete contact.

I can't get my picture icon to update from when I was in high school...i am now almost 30 and even though I changed it, the old one shows
when i email people my old icon displays instead of the one I changed it to years ago

In order to log out please go to Settings > Manage Accounts > Edit > Remove.

It may be a glitched in the system, please let me know if this issue is happening with all of your senders or only this one. Also, if this is happening with all your senders, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If you believe your AOL Username has been used without your permission, there are several steps you can take to prevent unauthorized access and fix the situation.

What happened to being able to refresh email notifications??!! When I pull down from the top in the mobile app, new add shows up! 😠

why is this showing up as a Yahoo-related account?
when I look under "accounts," AOL shows up as a Yahoo account.

My emails will not open to full size in my tablet. This is new, can anyone tell me how to fix it.
When I open my AOL email I get the inbox list as usual. When I touch the icon that is supposed to max/min the email message it slides to the right but does not show message in full screen like it did just recently.

If you wish to edit your privacy settings please follow these steps:
1. Open the AOL App.
2.T ap on the “Gear” on the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Under the “Support” tab, tap on “Privacy Dashboard”.
4. Sign in (if required).
5. Scroll down and find “Your Privacy Controls”.
6. There you can select which data can be used to improve your AOL experience.Thank you!

I would love to be able to add my email address automatically in every sent email when I send email out. HELP!!! Thanks in advance.

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Can you please follow the steps below, to make sure the Notification Sound is Silent, then let us know if you still receive a notification sound for every email received:
1. Open the AOL App.
2. Tap on the Settings button (Gear icon on the bottom right).
3. Tap on Notifications.
4. Tap on ‘System Notification Settings’ or Tap on the Importance level (e.g. High, Medium, Low) depending on the device you are using.
5. Under the ‘Email Received’ section, tap on your Email Address.
6. Tap on ‘Notification style’.
7. Select ‘Silent’. -
If you wish the entire app to be in Portuguese, you will need to change your location to Brazil, or a Portuguese speaking country and also to set up the language to Portuguese.

I am unable to stop email notification sounds when in the App. I get the sound for every new email, even when in Do Not Disturb mode.
