New Message Header?
Very recently, when I select an email to view (iOS), some messages have a new section on top under the title
- Name of company -"View all messages from sender" link
- Visit Site (button)
Could this be an option to turn on/off. It's a little annoying to me as there is already a search feature. And I don't need to see this on most emails.

how on earth can I use an AOL app that works on iPad iPhone but NOT my Mac??
Ive been TORMENTED since getting an email saying my AOL email was NEW....now that I'm TRYING to get to bottom of NEW app stuff while on my MAC...then revise ALL my AOL contacts ; then try to find the last two years of emails that disappeared with this event...and tried to get ANY info...even if it is to find out it wasn't AOL..its a hack..YOU won't answer without payment. I have been a paid customer MANY years but AOL continues to NOT work with Apple....what's a girl to do?

why it no workable all of sudden with iOS 10
Stop messing with it provide app that works with iOS 10. Suddenly stop working iPad and iPhone no reason had to reinstall iPad all same setting WORKED so it you AGAIN. iPhone did same still not working but access via safari with exactly same setting working U AGAIN!, why no iOS 10 app let’s throw working phone away COZ UCANT BE AR_ED. VERY GREEN NOT!! U R MORONS. **** forms like this that only work properly on a computer . RUBBISH ABSOSULTLY RUBBISH

Fix AOL mail on my iPhone
Keep getting an error on my iPhone saying that I need to enter a password, even though there is already one entered. Won't update email.

Go back to letting us get mail on iPhone without the aol ap.
I hate this app!! I liked seeing what mail I have without an ad popping up at the top, seeing clearly what I have, and not having to log in every day and more than once a day. Using aol mail, which is considered a dinosaur when people ask for my email, should be enough, you shouldn’t need to try to make aol seem relevant by being difficult and imposing on how I see my email on my iPhone. Very irritating but I don’t waste as much time checking emails now because u get ticked off every time! The iPhone…

Sort choice by STARRED
I can star and email, but I can’t sort by starred emails. Can you add this option?

On iPad: Do not have emails flip to "Read" from "Unread" unless that message is clicked.Now it flips when the email before or after opens.
I like your new iPad layout. But I do not like that a message in New Mail will flip from "unread" to "read" when the message before or after it is opened. Sometimes I want to skip over a message and come back to it to read it. But the message I skip over is often moved to Old Mail before I click to read it.

Bug: shows “unread messages” when there are none.
Says there are unread messages when there are no unread messages. Can’t get rid of the message or the red badge on the app until it eventually goes away by itself.

Unable to receive banners or alerts since update to 6.0
All of my banners, sounds and badges are enabled but still cannot receive alerts. Started once the 6.0 update was installed on on my iPhone 11.

SENT folder MOVE option
From the SENT folder I want to move an email to my INBOX. When I select the MOVE option, all folders EXCEPT THE INBOX are listed.

Why do I keep having to sign in to aol every 3-4 days. Why doesn’t it remember me?

Please remove ads. Never had them before and now they are clogging up my emails. Sick and tired of deleting them, never asked for them. How do I remove these completely so they never appear again?

What rubbish is this Jan 2021aol mail app - unusable, full of icons, no way of saving an email to draft midway through.HATE IT amp
Remove new AOL app (Jan 2021) UK and replace with previous app. My iPad and iPhone AOL mails are unusable, full of adverts, icons, emails spread too far apart making them unreadable, no way of saving an email just written to a drafts folder and loathe the general look and formatting. Will have to move to new email provider as after approx30 faithful years with AOL I’m furious and can’t stand this update which is more time consuming, missing features and as far from user-friendly as it’s possible to get. Come on AOL, are you having a joke...

Please withdraw the AOL app. It’s terrible. My folders are jumbled up and K can’t find anything. Also, I can no longer see my spam folder.
See heading and my feedback on the latest app version launched today.
My folders are now jumbled up instead of being in an ordered alphabetical list. I can’t see my spam folder anywhere.
Please withdraw the app and let’s all go back to using iOS for accessing email.
