Empty inbox on download
Downloading email to my computer does not clean the email application (inbox) on iOS. This behaviour just started with the latest iOS app update. Please correct this behaviour as the iOS inbox should empty after content is downloaded to computer.

When did the AOL App need finger identification, as well as my password, to get into MY AOL ?
Just need your password like it used to be, not too long ago..

I dislike that The AOL app open to News instead of my email I even created a Google email because I got so sick of it!
Either change it back to mail opening as the default or give us the option in settings to change it for our personal preference.

AOL Mail Servers
Why is that every week there is an issue with iOS devices or being able to connect to AOL’s server. All devices. Meanwhile, never once has there been the same issue with Gmail.
AOL is so unreliable unless you’re using desktop. Just not acceptable.

Return me to my netscape w/o 6-8 steps!
My original netscape address is essential to my earliest multiple accounts that can’t readily, or possibly, be changed. I was told to download AOL again, but I’m afraid important emails will be lost forever.

I am perfectly happy to pay you to stop advertisements. I had been a paying member to stop advertisements when it was offered, but was told the advertisement at the top of the inbox was out of AOL's control.

Email sort
The functionality was there like last month but now if I try to sort by most frequently received or by anything it says there is no mail. The sort feature just doesn’t work anymore please fix it!

Sort out not showing content of emails
Every month or so I cannot see the content of any of my emails. I click on any one and it will on,y show the header details, ie email addresses. I have to delete the app then reinstall it. That sorts it out but is a pain to do all the while. Please sort this out. Thank you in advance 🙏🏽
