Why would you assume that I had the older version I have the latest version but this is a typical programmer encoder issue no idea of the end-user oh unload the app and reinstall it that’s all we ever get do you think it might actually be a problem with your programming I doubt it but hey all these other people below me or saying the same thing great excuse but that’s not a resolution you guys probably should get something better than a form letter for an excuse

Please consider reporting on events as a news outlet, if I want opinions I’ll talk to an ignorant friend at work, I read your articles day after day but they are only opinions and hate from the editor, there is no value to your reporting.
