Coved 19 excuse
Stop using a global crisis where thousands of people have died as an excuse to help people. You just want to bend people’s will to safeguard their privacy by forcing us to relinquish this right in order to read our email. One day, people, especially the millennials will wake up and see what is happening with technology: when used properly it’s a blessing; when used improperly, brainwashing and manipulation ensues. PEOPLE will lose!

Make the last version of AOL available
The new version 6.0 is terrible. The mail function is very poorly designed.is there any way to delete it and go back to version 5.8? It had problems also but is better than the newest version which really is horrible

Complaint regarding mail composition system on iPad
Sirs,
I have experienced several times recently that in the process of writing emails my finger, going down towards the keyboard happened accidentally to graze the text which then slid downwards and disappeared forever. This was extremely frustrating as I had written some long emails and was close to finishing.
If that is the system there should at least be a “ Do you really want to delete “ message or the email should go to Drafts or should be saved somehow. It would also help if the system saved a email every now and then during composition.

When forwarding mail, prompts no longer appear if it was a previous recipient

Well it worked up to October then stopped. Meanwhile all my other mails continued without any problems so what was the scaremongering about? It’s still frozen and won’t bring in new mails ..... pointless .....

I can no longer access my pictures to attach to an email. How can I add pictures to my emails?
Please make adding attachments easier to locate.

Wird AOL jetzt zum Mitbewerber von Facebook? Daten-Abgreifen scheint die neueste Mode zu sein. Zur Wiederherstellung habe ich eine E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt, ich denke das sollte reichen.

Not listening!
I’m still getting spam email, so that shows you don’t listen and now I’m having issues with the options at the bottom for either deleting or replying to emails disappearing.

Remove History of Selected Emails
I would like an option for search and removal of an entire history of multiple emails (not just checking each box on one page, or the Select All box). Delete All History (of each selected address). Or send them to a folder Waiting for Deletion. My inbox is a beast.

when I do a search on aol for Elizabeth Nimni and search video there is a video image that shows up which I would like removed. Vimeo has already removed the video but I would like it removed from your search results please.

Allow it to batch-delete spam e-mail.
User does NOT want to waste time on “confirm” deleting every individual “conversation” concerning male enhancement, walk-in bathtubs, tinnitus, reverse mortgages, keto diets, and every other fool thing that turns up. I miss being able to check them all off and trash them in one go.

drains battery
After 2 days of not being able to access email. I finally was able to access with the new app. The problem. After reading email for approx 10 min the battery power was down to 80%. Reading for longer & it keeps going down. This did not happen with the previous app just days ago with the same phone & battery. What gives?
