Don’t ask me to load pictures every single time
Why can’t you have a settings to load pictures. Email looks like **** now snd i have to do an extra click on every single em. Nobody gets text only emails. Text only goes to text.

Please put back the section or folder for flagged emails
The new version of the app does not have a section for flagged emails like before .. I have to now scroll down for each flagged email.a little inconvenient this way and takes too long to find what I'm looking for . Thank you !

Where does this “I thought” in my display name on emails I send come from?!?
My display name in emails that I send from the updated aol app shows as “I thought” and I cannot find where to remove this in any settings. In fact, I can’t find any settings in this new interface. I have changed my nickname but this still shows up. It is soooo frustrating!!

Put photo button Back
Please put photo button (icon) back so when I want to attach a photo to an email I can then take the picture to be attached. That was in previous version but not this one

Signature settings wont save.
I keep updating my signature. Then every time the app shuts down my preferences are deleted. When I open the app again, its reverted to the default signature: “Mobil AOL...”
Please fix!!!! I use this for my business, and i am tired of manually typing in my signature each time I send a business email.Thanks,

Too Much wasted space!
My setting is title and subject only. What I get is that and lots of white space. so much white space I scroll and scroll. Shrink the dead white space!

Email retrieval.
Whilst typing an email it can disappear if you accidentally touch the wrong part of the screen. Make it possible for these to be easily recovered.

I hate whatever browser aol uses
We should have the option to select google chrome or safari to open links from an email. For password and cookies and other saved information.

Linking contacts to email
I recently was forced to get my aol email through you app. I was disappointed to discover that in order to send an email I had to go to my contacts log, remember the email address, and enter it. The previous protocol had been to type a few letters of the addressee and then a list of suggestions would appear which always had the desired address in it. This was much more convenient than your new system which provides a few suggestions but often not including the desired address. Your current system is a big step in reverse.

The new AOL app.
I have been forced to use a new way in which to access my AOL Account by 20/10/2020.
Out of the options, I chose to use the AOL App but I am finding it is not very successful.
1. Unlike the system I have used for as long as I can remember I cannot get header info (From, Subject Date and To) on all emails, even a reply. Should they need to be printed off, the printed copy simply launches into the text. There is no thread showing from whom it came so a pile of papers all muddled up… -
Combine Mail in One Inbox
You need to add a feature that would combine inbox mail for all accounts as an option. Going into each account is wasting time. It would be mice if you could see how many new emails are in each account as well.

App not working for mail after update on iphone
After my iPhone 8 plus updated the AOL app, I cannot access my mail. It works on my Mac just fine but not on my iPhone.

I’ve been having trouble replying to some emails. I keep getting errors. I’m replying to Hotmail, Gmail, and Outlook recipients.
