Priblems
- When I open an email the “Aa” is not in the upper right hand corner to allow me to adjust the text size
- I am unable to open any attachments. When I click on an attachment I get a blank gray screen. All of this happened after I updated the app app per your suggestion

the IOS app no longer displays PDF files!!! Tried troubleshooting as described. No success
PDF files are all grey'd out; blank page. They print OK in other mail apps if I forward the email. Followed the troubleshooting steps to re-install the app but still not working.

Trying to reset a password with free help site
Help site doesn't work when you send the code to the current email account that I can't log into. Tried calling support who tries to charge us for reset when your free service doesn't work. I will cancel all aol accounts if you can't reset my password for free. Initial customer service person would not reach a manager for me. On with a tech support person now who is giving me the same story. I asked for an email address for a supervisor, manager or CEO - nothing. You guys suck. Changing all services over to gmail. Since Update, I’ve been hacked twice. Need help.
Since the update, I have been hacked at least twice. Now when I send an email, it adds dcpert1@yahoo.com to the ‘To’ list. How can I get that email address from being added to all the emails I send?

Automatically open next email after deleting settings like apple’s email app
In the iOS aol app I would like the option to turn on or off the automatically open next email after deleting a email. That away it will make everyone happy. If your like me I go through and delete the ones I don’t want before I even think about reading any and then the only one I have left are the ones I know and want to read. And maybe even have a setting for email and one for spam. I usually erase all spam without reading anyway. Thanks

I have had AOL email since the last century, more than 20 years. In the last few months it often refuses to send my new mail to my MAIL app on iPhone 12 and two iPads. It is so frustrating that I think I may have to change email after all this time. I wonder why you want to alienate your clients.
