Inbox emails
With your latest version, the inbox is now limited to 200 emails and I can’t access the rest of my emails unless I log into aol.com?! I shouldn’t have to go 2 places to get my emails. There are no settings to change this. I wasted my time for almost a day answering questions and sending screenshots to AOL Customer Support on Twitter only to be redirected here where it clearly states that ‘feedback’ is not monitored for support related issues??!! Come on AOL-don’t break something with a new version that was working perfectly fine!! and now I’m stuck in…

Email folder issue
I have trouble shooter my iPhone 12 and the AOL app by signing in and out and deleting the app but I still have the same issue. The problem I am having is when I am on my desktop computer my folders in email are organized in order, but when I use my iPhone AOL app some folders are organized alphabetically up to the saved folder then my save folder is open and a new set of folders are alphabetical and then it goes back to my saved folder down to the folder that ends in Y. Please remove ads. Never had them before and now they are clogging up my emails. Sick and tired of deleting them, never asked for them. How do I remove these completely so they never appear again?

Screen Navigation
When moving an email to another folder, the user taps on the desired folder. It can be done. Other Apps, give a slight highlight after selecting to show what you’ve tapped. Now, the user hopes the correct folder was selected w/o knowing for sure.

how on earth can I use an AOL app that works on iPad iPhone but NOT my Mac??
Ive been TORMENTED since getting an email saying my AOL email was NEW....now that I'm TRYING to get to bottom of NEW app stuff while on my MAC...then revise ALL my AOL contacts ; then try to find the last two years of emails that disappeared with this event...and tried to get ANY info...even if it is to find out it wasn't AOL..its a hack..YOU won't answer without payment. I have been a paid customer MANY years but AOL continues to NOT work with Apple....what's a girl to do?

On iPad: Do not have emails flip to "Read" from "Unread" unless that message is clicked.Now it flips when the email before or after opens.
I like your new iPad layout. But I do not like that a message in New Mail will flip from "unread" to "read" when the message before or after it is opened. Sometimes I want to skip over a message and come back to it to read it. But the message I skip over is often moved to Old Mail before I click to read it.

Add OLD MAIL TO THE REST OF THE MAILBOXES AND NOT JUST ONE
OLD MAIL NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO ALL THE MAILBOXES INSTEAD OF JUST ONE! I can’t seem to add old mail to my aol mailbox? Why is that? And why is it that when I choose old mail in AOL...it returns back to my mail options?

On both iPad and iPhone sometimes an email will not open. I never had that before the app. I’m missing key data.
