app doesn’t preview excel or word documents
Since changing to the AOL mail app for iOS, I’m unable to preview word or excel documents that come as attachments to incoming mail.
Can this functionality be restored? -

Why is it so hard to block spam messages
It’s beyond infuriating when aol & aol app allows people to send you spam emails from bogus fake email accounts that don’t even actually exist! The worst part is when you try to unsubscribe because that’s really the ONLY OPTION YOU GIVE US TO TRY TO GET RID OF SPAM! Since the email is visibly completely fake and the email to unsubscribe just bounces back into our inbox saying it couldn’t be delivered because the email doesn’t exist is so beyond frustrating! Hi, I don't have any faults or technical problems with the iOS AOL Mail app. I just wondered if there was a way that your tech team could find a way to allow us to block unwanted incoming emails at source, rather than me having to trawl through the spam folder and double checking the emails individually in case we accidentally delete an important one which has gone into the spam folder? Other than that, it means me having to access my AOL account via a web browser and manually block mail from dubious or unwanted sources, which is very…

Sign on Screen
the new dropdown sign on screen is horrible. I don't need to see more ads, and I can't see how many emails I have. Nor can I expand the box to capture all it's contents. Who's idea was this to change?

Stop automatically adding addresses to Contacts
The app on my iPad and iPhone automatically adds email addresses to my Contacts. I want to turn that off since many are noreply and spammers. It takes six clicks to delete each address. At least on the web site I can delete all the bad addresses at one time.

My aol app is so slow

Email will not send without going into the sent queue
Compose email, hit send, it sits in sent queue until I physically go into sent queue and then it releases
