The merger has SCREWED yall!!!!!
You know I’ve enjoyed AIL mail for over 30 years.
The last several weeks since the merger with Yahoo. Your Mail service absolutely SUCKS!!! I have problems daily with this.
Y’all need to get your act together before you loose a big percentage of people and then the advertising your trying to push through your mail service WONT even matter!!!

Thank you for responding today. However, I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPad and on my iPhone several times, so that did not work. I will try to send you an attachment. I can open some emails then suddenly the subsequent ones lock up and I can’t open them. I have to sign in on my computer the old fashioned way to see what my emails say. AOL has been around a long time but I hate to go back to the 1990’s it takes too long. -
Email don’t always open
Sometimes I tap on an email and it opens, other emails don’t open.

People are receiving emails with attachments from me that I have not sent...and..I am receiving emails with attachments from people who did not send them to me. Same attachments. This is a security issue. Please fix. Thank you.
