Contact list bug
My first name is ***. I do not currently have a computer; therefore I am doing all my electronic communications on my Apple iPhone 11 Pro; I am using iOS 14.0.1. An AOL contact list can be edited on mail.aol.com but not on an iPhone’s AOL app. Using my iPhone’s Safari app, I successfully edited my contact list on mail.aol.com, but my AOL app sticks to the contact list that I had before I made corrections and deletions to my contact list on mail.aol.com. It is annoying and distracting to have adverts at the top of the. list of messages in the inbox. please put them at the bottom of the screen somewhere. Why so many. If anything they will put us off the product that annoys us 😡

Make the last version of AOL available
The new version 6.0 is terrible. The mail function is very poorly designed.is there any way to delete it and go back to version 5.8? It had problems also but is better than the newest version which really is horrible

Complaint regarding mail composition system on iPad
Sirs,
I have experienced several times recently that in the process of writing emails my finger, going down towards the keyboard happened accidentally to graze the text which then slid downwards and disappeared forever. This was extremely frustrating as I had written some long emails and was close to finishing.
If that is the system there should at least be a “ Do you really want to delete “ message or the email should go to Drafts or should be saved somehow. It would also help if the system saved a email every now and then during composition.

When forwarding mail, prompts no longer appear if it was a previous recipient

I can no longer access my pictures to attach to an email. How can I add pictures to my emails?

Not listening!
I’m still getting spam email, so that shows you don’t listen and now I’m having issues with the options at the bottom for either deleting or replying to emails disappearing.

ADD TOUCH ID
Please add touch ID and stay signed in feature.

Allow it to batch-delete spam e-mail.
User does NOT want to waste time on “confirm” deleting every individual “conversation” concerning male enhancement, walk-in bathtubs, tinnitus, reverse mortgages, keto diets, and every other fool thing that turns up. I miss being able to check them all off and trash them in one go.

drains battery
After 2 days of not being able to access email. I finally was able to access with the new app. The problem. After reading email for approx 10 min the battery power was down to 80%. Reading for longer & it keeps going down. This did not happen with the previous app just days ago with the same phone & battery. What gives?

Please put back the section or folder for flagged emails
The new version of the app does not have a section for flagged emails like before .. I have to now scroll down for each flagged email.a little inconvenient this way and takes too long to find what I'm looking for . Thank you !
